1. General Terms
By accessing and participating in Bloom Social Club® (“Company”) events, programs, and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without notice.
Trademarks & Intellectual Property
Bloom Social Club® and its family of trademarks, including but not limited to Bloom University™, Camp Bloom™, and Babes Who Bloom™, are legally protected. Unauthorized use of these names, logos, event concepts, or any affiliated branding is strictly prohibited. All rights are reserved.
2. Event Policy & Refund Policy
* All ticket sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be provided for scheduling conflicts or personal circumstances.
* We reserve the right to refuse entry or participation to any individual for any reason. This includes disruptive behavior, violations of our policies, or actions that do not align with Bloom Social Club’s mission.
* Giveaways, scholarship tickets, and promotional offers are non-transferable and only apply to the designated event. They cannot be deferred to future events or exchanged for monetary value.
* If an event is canceled by Bloom Social Club®, a full refund will be issued to registered attendees. This refund applies only to the original ticket price.
* All claims or disputes related to an event are limited to the ticket price paid. Bloom Social Club® is not responsible for additional expenses, including but not limited to travel, accommodations, or incidental costs.
3. Publicity Policy (Use of Photos & Videos)
* By attending a Bloom Social Club® event, you grant the Company full rights to use any photos, videos, or recordings taken during the event for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes.
* These images and recordings may be used in, but are not limited to, social media posts, websites, advertisements, press releases, and future event promotions.
* If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, you must notify the event staff in writing before the event. While we will make reasonable efforts to respect your request, we cannot guarantee that you will not appear in background footage.
* Bloom Social Club® is not responsible for third-party attendees taking or sharing photos/videos.
4. Membership & Bloom Vault Policy
* Membership to Bloom Vault™ and Bloom Vault Plus™ is an annual commitment and is non-refundable.
* Membership benefits, including workshops, discounts, and access to private groups, are non-transferable.
* Bloom Social Club® reserves the right to remove any member from the platform or revoke membership privileges for misconduct, failure to adhere to community guidelines, or actions that do not align with our mission.
5. Business Directory & Vendor Policy
* All directory listings and vendor applications are subject to approval. Bloom Social Club® reserves the right to decline any listing or vendor participation at its discretion.
* Vendors and businesses listed in our directory must operate in a professional and ethical manner. Any reports of misconduct may result in removal without a refund.
* Bloom Social Club® is not responsible for disputes between vendors and customers. Transactions conducted through vendor marketplaces or business listings are the responsibility of the vendor and the customer.
6. Intellectual Property & Content Usage
* All content on thebloomsocialclub.com, including text, images, logos, branding, and digital products, is the property of Bloom Social Club® and is protected by copyright law.
* Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of Bloom Social Club®, Bloom University™, Camp Bloom™, Babes Who Bloom™, or any affiliated branding is strictly prohibited.
7. Disclaimers & Liability Limitations
* Bloom Social Club® provides business education, networking, and community-building services. We do not guarantee business success, financial gain, or any specific outcomes as a result of participation.
* Events and workshops are for educational purposes only and should not be considered legal, financial, or professional advice. Attendees should consult their own professionals for personalized guidance.
* Bloom Social Club® is not liable for injuries, lost/stolen items, or damages occurring at events or as a result of participation in our programs.
8. Dispute Resolution
* Any disputes or claims related to Bloom Social Club’s events, services, or digital products shall be resolved through mediation before any legal action is taken.
* The maximum claim amount for any dispute shall not exceed the cost of the product, service, or event ticket purchased.
