first gen Cuban American, a daughter, caregiver, mom, a pediatric nurse practitioner and entrepreneur.
As a woman with many titles, I’ve built businesses, held space for community, and poured into others, even when I was silently managing grief, health challenges (SLE), and the unpredictable journey of caregiving for my father who’s living with ALS.
I know what it feels like to show up strong when you’re barely holding it together.
I know what it takes to build something meaningful with shaky hands and a full heart. And I believe that strength isn’t about always having it together — it’s about choosing to bloom anyway.
I’m not just the founder of The Strength to Bloom. I’m living proof that women can turn pain into power, and purpose into a platform. My story isn’t neat — but it’s honest. The Strength to Bloom is rooted in my journey — but it’s built for every woman in hers. And that’s what makes it real.
To create a global sisterhood, grounded in service, strength, and support
This sisterhood uplifts caregivers, entrepreneurs, and everyday women by providing tools, community, and visibility — starting with ALS awareness and small business empowerment. Because when women are supported, they don't just survive — they bloom. Through storytelling, advocacy, education, and community, we equip women with the tools, sisterhood, and strength they need to keep blooming.

Centering ALS awareness and caregiver support through fundraising and partnerships.
I’m a wife, mother, entrepreneur, and caregiver to my father living with ALS. I know what it means to hold joy and pain in the same breath. I’ve had to lead while grieving, show up while burnt out, and give even when I felt empty. This movement was born from that reality — a way to turn my deepest challenges into a purpose-driven mission that uplifts other women walking similar paths.
her health, her dreams, her peace, or her voice.
Most caregivers are women. Women of color are underfunded, underrepresented, and overwhelmed. Too many are blooming in silence. The Strength to Bloom exists to change that — by normalizing the struggle, honoring the messy middle, and building real community around resilience. Because no woman should have to bloom alone.
